Refund AND Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is as per below:

• Bookings for pre-paid lessons can be POSTPONED without incurring any loss/fees provided that 24 hours (1 day) notice is given. Postponing within 24 hours will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• Bookings for pre-paid lessons can be CANCELLED without incurring any loss/fees provided that 72 hours (3 days) notice is given. Cancelling within 72 hours will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• All changes to bookings such as postponing and cancelling, must be made via email to lili@xtremeequine.au
